Request account/data deletion
To request deletion of your HairMockAI account and associated app data, email alexandrolabs@gmail.com from the email address connected to your HairMockAI account.
Use the subject line: HairMockAI Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address connected to your HairMockAI account
- Whether you want account deletion, app data deletion, or both
- Any extra details that may help identify the issue
AlexandroLabs may need to verify the request before deleting account-related data. Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.
